説明
Sanam Luang on this Orange Line record is best read as a future civic-and-heritage station area rather than as a generic future stop. MRTA says the western Orange Line passes Sanam Luang after crossing from Bang Khun Non, and the area already has a very strong identity as one of Bangkok's historic ceremonial and public spaces.
The surrounding catchment is anchored by Sanam Luang itself, National Museum Bangkok in the former Front Palace area, and Wat Mahathat Yuwaratrangsarit. That means movement here is already tied to heritage, religion, tourism, government functions and education, not just future rail speculation.
For property work, the most defensible reading is a future civic-and-heritage gateway with value for boutique hospitality, serviced apartments, adaptive mixed-use, cultural retail and short-stay demand. `needs-more-sources` remains more careful than `ok`.
