Описание
Samrong is BTS Sukhumvit Line station E15 in Samut Prakan and a major interchange with MRT Yellow Line station YL23. The station's OSM anchor, official BTS route material and MRTA Yellow Line documentation confirm its dual-network role: the Yellow Line ends at Samrong after Lat Phrao, Bang Kapi, Srinagarindra, Hua Mak and Thepharak, while BTS gives direct access toward Bearing, Bang Na, Siam, Asok and Kheha.
This is a practical urban hub with strong everyday anchors. OSM/Overpass identifies Imperial World Samrong, Big C Samrong, Samrong fresh market, Khlong Thom Samrong market, Thammasarot market, Chaloem Phrakiat Park, Mathayom Wat Dan Samrong School, Wat Dan Samrong School and nearby international schools. MRTA records the Yellow Line as a 30.4 km, 23-station straddle monorail, with all 23 stations available for public use from June 2023 and formal service launch on 3 July 2023.
For property, Samrong is a stronger rental node than a simple outer BTS stop because it combines Green Line, Yellow Line, retail, markets and dense local demand. Condos can appeal to commuters working along Sukhumvit, Srinagarindra, Bang Na and Samut Prakan industrial-office corridors. Due diligence should cover walking comfort between lines, Sukhumvit-Thepharak traffic, market noise, building age, parking, flood risk and whether the project captures interchange demand rather than only local price competition.
