Sai Luat는 Samut Prakan의 BTS Sukhumvit Line E22 역으로 Phraek Sa와 Kheha 사이에 있습니다. MRTA는 이 역을 2018년 12월 6일 개통한 고가 Bearing - Samut Prakan Green Line 연장 구간에 두고, BTS route material도 Sai Luat을 Sukhumvit Line에 표시합니다. 현재 Green Line corridor의 Kheha 전 남쪽 끝을 담당하며 주민에게 Phraek Sa, Pak Nam, Samrong, Bang Na, Asok, Siam으로 가는 rail access를 제공합니다.
catchment는 landmark-led보다 practical and local 성격입니다. OSM/Overpass는 Robinson Lifestyle Samut Prakan, Big C, Lotus's, Samut Prakan Hospital, Farm Chorakhe Bus Depot, Samut Prakarn School, Puay Hua School, Municipal 4 School, Watratphothong School, Taiban Market, Pom Peek Ka Park를 확인합니다. 북쪽 retail clusters, healthcare와 schools, bus operations, local markets, Sai Luat Road와 Sukhumvit Road 주변 residential pockets가 섞인 daily-life area입니다.
부동산 관점에서 Sai Luat는 주로 value commuter station입니다. BTS access, 더 넓거나 합리적인 units, retail과 hospitals 접근성을 원하지만 central Bangkok은 피하려는 buyers/renters에게 맞을 수 있습니다. 다만 최고의 amenities가 모든 프로젝트에서 바로 walkable하지는 않을 수 있습니다. 실제 walking route, road crossings, Sukhumvit과 Sai Luat Road noise, flood exposure, parking, building age, daily errands에 car/motorcycle이 필요한지 확인해야 합니다.
