Description

Sai Luat is BTS Sukhumvit Line station E22 in Samut Prakan, between Phraek Sa and Kheha. MRTA places it on the elevated Bearing - Samut Prakan Green Line extension, which opened on 6 December 2018, and BTS route material lists Sai Luat on the Sukhumvit Line. The station serves the southern end of the current Green Line corridor before Kheha, giving local residents direct rail access back toward Phraek Sa, Pak Nam, Samrong, Bang Na, Asok and Siam.

The catchment is practical and local rather than landmark-led. OSM/Overpass identifies Robinson Lifestyle Samut Prakan, Big C, Lotus's, Samut Prakan Hospital, Farm Chorakhe Bus Depot, Samut Prakarn School, Puay Hua School, Municipal 4 School, Watratphothong School, Taiban Market and Pom Peek Ka Park. This creates a mixed daily-life area: retail clusters to the north, healthcare and schools nearby, bus operations, local markets and residential pockets around Sai Luat Road and Sukhumvit Road.

For property, Sai Luat is mainly a value commuter station. It can suit buyers or renters who want BTS access, larger or more affordable units, and proximity to retail and hospitals without being in central Bangkok. The trade-off is that the best amenities may not always be directly walkable from every project. Due diligence should focus on the real walking route to the station, road crossings, noise from Sukhumvit and Sai Luat Road, flood exposure, parking, building age and whether a project depends on car or motorcycle access for daily errands.
