Description

Saint Louis is an infill BTS Silom Line station between Chong Nonsi and Surasak, opened in 2021. BTS/BMA context and station metadata confirm its role as S4 on the Sathorn edge, serving a corridor that was already dense with offices, hospitals and embassies before the station opened.

The neighborhood is practical CBD rather than tourist showpiece. Saint Louis Hospital, AIA Sathorn Tower, Bangrak Hospital, the Embassy of Myanmar, the UOB Robot Building and many restaurants and small offices sit around Sathorn 10-12 and South Sathorn Road. This makes the station useful for workers who previously walked from Chong Nonsi or Surasak, and for residents who want Sathorn convenience without being directly at the busiest intersections.

For real estate, Saint Louis strengthens the mid-Sathorn residential story. CBRE defines Silom/Sathorn as a downtown residential area covering Silom, Sathorn, Surawong and Narathiwas-Ratchanakarin roads north of Chan Road, while BOT data shows Bangkok-vicinity condominium prices at a high index level in 2026. Condos near Saint Louis can appeal to hospital staff, office tenants, expats and buyers seeking CBD access with a slightly more neighborhood feel. Review building age, sound insulation, walking shade, management fees, parking and whether the station premium is already priced in.
