Prasert Manuki 18 on this Brown Line record should be treated as a future station area on the Prasert Manukit corridor rather than as an operating rapid-transit stop. MRTA's current Brown Line project page identifies the Khae Rai-Lam Sali line as an under-preparation project, shows the route crossing Kaset Intersection and then continuing along Prasert Manukit Road before passing later junctions farther east, and still places the project on a future approval, construction, and operation timetable. The official OTP feasibility-study summary supports the same corridor sequence. That is enough to support a real future-access thesis, but not enough to present this station as finalized or active.

What matters locally is the corridor's already built-up character. The stored point sits on the Prasert Manukit side east of the stronger Kaset and Lat Pla Khao anchors, where arterial movement, neighborhood housing, local services, roadside commerce, and small office uses overlap.
