For real estate, Samre is best understood as a functional medical-and-neighborhood node rather than a prestige address. The strongest fit is for commuter condos, staff housing, mid-market apartments, serviced stays and mixed-use shophouse assets that benefit from reliable daily traffic and institutional adjacency.
