MRTA's official route description confirms that the line passes Wang Burapha before turning onto Sanam Chai Road, while the licensed Wikimedia Commons station record places Sam Yot MRT directly in Wang Burapha Phirom and notes its opening on 29 July 2019. That matters in property terms because this is not just another old-city stop. It is the rail gateway for a long-established commercial quarter that still links Charoen Krung, Tri Phet, Burapha and nearby Rattanakosin destinations.
The area keeps a real trading and destination identity.
