BTS · Sukhumvit Line Future station
Description
Khlong Sam is a future Sukhumvit Line station around Lam Luk Ka/Khlong Sam in Pathum Thani, north of the current Khu Khot terminus. The operating BTS Green Line ends at Khu Khot today, while official transport planning places northern Green Line growth in the Khu Khot - Lam Luk Ka corridor and OTP's M-MAP2 material identifies feeder-bus ideas linking Khlong Sam with Dream World and nearby suburban communities. For property, the station should be described as future connectivity upside rather than current BTS access.
The neighborhood is a canal-road suburb: Khlong Sam itself is mapped by OpenStreetMap through Khu Khot, Lam Sam Kaeo and Bueng Yitho, while Dream World in nearby Thanyaburi is a recognized theme-park anchor north of the station area. The setting is more residential and car-oriented than inner Bangkok, with gated housing estates, local markets, schools, logistics and daily retail along Lam Luk Ka Road and canal roads.
Real-estate appeal is strongest for affordable low-rise houses, townhouses and land plots serving families who commute toward Don Mueang, Rangsit, Khu Khot and northern Bangkok. Future rail and feeder links could improve liquidity over time, but buyers should check the delivery schedule, flood/drainage risk in canal-side areas, road bottlenecks, distance from the current BTS terminal and the depth of rental demand. Krungsri Research supports infrastructure-led housing demand in the BMR, while warning about unsold outer Green Line condominium stock.
